What impress in Iran are the majestic architecture, the countless palaces with the beautiful gardens surrounding them, the mosques and the famous wind towers. However, I forgot all those when I experienced the famous Iranian hospitality! They invited me countless times to eat with them, to sleep in their house or to help me in any matter. It is considering as one of the most friendly nations in our world and I know the reason now!

While I was traveling towards India, I covered 6,931 km. (4,307 miles) in 32 days in Iran.

Here is my route in Iran, while I was traveling towards India, and most of the places I visited.

When I was returning from India, the second time I traveled in Iran I covered 1,300 km. (808 miles) in 6 days.

   Στο Ιράν αυτό που εντυπωσιάζει είναι η μαγευτική αρχιτεκτονική, τα αμέτρητα παλάτια και οι κήποι που τα πλαισιώνουν, τα τζαμιά και τα μπαντγκίρ, οι περίφημοι πύργοι που δεσμεύουν τον αέρα. Όλα αυτά, όμως, τα ξέχασα όταν ένιωσα την περίφημη φιλοξενία των Ιρανών. Αμέτρητες φορές με προσκάλεσαν να φάω μαζί τους, να κοιμηθώ στο σπίτι τους ή με βοήθησαν σε οτιδήποτε. Θεωρούνται από τους πιο φιλόξενους λαούς του κόσμου και τώρα ξέρω το γιατί!

Πηγαίνοντας προς την Ινδία, διένυσα στο Ιράν 6.931 χλμ. σε 32 μέρες.
